We know plans can change! Here's everything you need to know about modifying or canceling an order after it's been placed.
✏️ Can I Edit My Order?
You can request a change to your order (like product, quantity, or shipping address) if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
To request a change:
Go to your My Orders page
Select the order you'd like to change
Click “Request Change” or contact us with your order number
We’ll confirm if the change is possible
⚠️ Once your order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer make changes.
❌ Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes — you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
To cancel your order:
Log into your account and visit My Orders
Find your order and click “Cancel Order”
Or contact us immediately with your order number
If your order has already shipped:
You’ll need to wait for it to arrive and request a return instead. See our Return Policy for details.
đź•’ How Much Time Do I Have?
We process orders quickly!
You usually have a 1–2 hour window after placing the order to request changes or cancellations.
đź’¸ What About Refunds?
If your order is canceled before shipping:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank
📦 What If My Item Has Already Shipped?
If your item has shipped, you won’t be able to cancel it — but you can still:
Refuse the package upon delivery
Return it once it arrives (see our Returns & Refunds page)
